Recipe Collections allow you to create, collect and organize recipes that you can leverage for any occasion.

The first step is adding the Recipe Tool to one of your Maple folders by tapping "Add Tool" and selecting Recipe Collection.

There are a couple different options when it comes to adding recipes to your collection. If you have recipes that you've created or followed in the past, you are more than welcome to manually add them to Maple.

Alternatively, you can search the web for any recipe you're interest in and import it directly into to Maple! Here's how.

Browsing and storing recipes from the internet

Start by tapping “new recipe” and then choosing “Import from the web”. Type in the name of the recipe you are looking for and hit “Go”.

Important note: Copy/pasting url’s can trigger an error. It’s best to type out the name of the recipe you are looking for and searching for it. If you are looking for a specific recipe, I would suggest that you type the name of the creator and recipe name in the search box and select the correct recipe in the search results.

Example (using the recipe in the screen shots above): The search would be "Wellplanted.com Winter Salad"

Once you've found the recipe you love, hit "Import" and let Maple do the rest!

Maple will pull in all the ingredients, and instructions. You'll have the ability to edit or adjust the recipe, whether it be the category you'd like it to be stored under, or perhaps you'd like to replace a specific ingredient. Make all the edits you'd like and then hit "Add".

You'll find the recipe on your Collections Home Screen along with everything you need, including the source to get cooking!
