When you receive an email in your Inbox, Maple scans it and looks for any action items that are relevant to your family then organizes those items automatically within seconds. No more manually imputing events, just simply "Organize It" with Maple. View the Suggestions and add the ones you want to your Maple Family Calendar.
Simply tap the “inbox” tab at the in the bottom options menu.
From here you will be prompted to “Claim your family email”. Follow the prompts and in the end you’ll have your very own email for your household.
Once created, consider this email address will work just like any other email address you only, this time everything will flow into Maple, centralizing family communication and making it insanely easy to add things to your family calendar within seconds!

Permissions: Anyone whose you share access to the email with will be able to see and respond to any emails that flow into Maple.
Suggestions:
1) Use this email in place of any personal email address for important family communications. Think school emails, camps, sports, anything that might be sending you or your partner information that is relevant for multiple people to see and/or an important part of everyday life.
2) Alternatively, Set-up auto-forwarding to this address if you would prefer having emails go to both your personal email account and your Maple inbox. Here are some articles to help guide you in doing this for some of the major email providers: Gmail, Outlook, Apple, Yahoo (requires Ymail+).
