Maple Notes provide you a free-form surface write down and keep track of important information, ideas, or really anything you'd like.

Notes are Folder specific meaning that anyone who is part of a given Topic will have access to view and edit a note within that Topic.

Creating Notes in Maple

Creating a note is incredibly easy and can be done within any Folder you choose.

Once in a Folder, you'll want to tap the tools button (lower right corner) and add a Note.

You'll be given the options to “start a blank note” or use “Maple Fast” to create one. Starting a "blank note" allows you manually create a note yourself. You can leverage Maple's editing tools and even include photos if you'd like.

All Notes are associated with Folders you've created in Maple, therefore, they are visible and to each person who is in the folder they are created in. You can always view the individuals who have edited or contributed to a Note by the avatars at the top of a Note.

Renaming or Deleting Notes

By tapping the "Settings" within a specific Note, you can rename Notes and/or Delete a note as you wish.

If you tap "Delete" you will be asked to "confirm". Deleted Notes cannot be recovered therefore you must confirm that you would actually like the note deleted before it is.

Once deleted, the note and all its contents are wiped from Maple's database with no means of recovery. While Notes themselves are secure, we suggest that you don't put anything sensitive in Notes that you would be upset to lose.
