What are to-dos?

To-dos are the various things that need to be completed within your household or life. Within Maple, they can be assigned to:

Creating To-dos:

You can add create to-dos in two places within Maple: By tapping the "To-dos" section on the main screen or directly within a Folder in Maple.

First you'll want to add the To-Do List tool to the folder you are working in. This allows you to create as many to-do lists as you feel you need.

Once the tool is added you can simply start typing in the to-dos that need to be accomplished. You have the ability to assign them to a specific person or leave them unassigned for anyone who has access to the folder to pick up and start working on themselves.

As to-dos are added to a list within a folder, they are also added to the "All To-dos" section so each person can see everything assigned to themselves and others they are working together with.

Organizing To-dos into Sections

Sections help you refine your to-do lists into a more organized and focused set of actionable items.

Sections can only be added to a To-do list within a folder (they cannot be created in the All To-dos Menu.

Creating a new section:

The first step to creating sections within a list is to access the To-do List's menu (as seen below).

To-do Lists automatically default their sorting by "Scheduled vs. Unscheduled," so you'll need to change the sorting to "Custom" as seen below.
